Ready to begin? To get started with your first treatment, you’ll need the following:
- Q-Renew LLLT Helmet
- Charging Base (provided)
- USB-C Charging Cable (provided)
Step-By-Step Guide
Light sensitivity test:We recommend performing a light sensitivity test 24 hours before using this device for your first treatment. To perform this, apply the product to your inner forearm, ensuring the light shines directly onto the skin. Use it for a full 3-minute treatment. Wait for 24 hours. If you experience pain, discomfort, or redness lasting more than 2 hours, you might be light-sensitive. Please consult a doctor for advice before continuing use.
Charging Your Device
Connect the included USB-C cable to the charging base and plug it into a 5V power adapter (not included).
Tap the LCD screen to check charging progress.
Full charge time is approximately 4 hours.
- The device will not operate while charging.
- Ensure all ports are completely dry before charging.
Tips to maximize battery life:
- Avoid leaving your device charging for long periods of time.
- Avoid letting the battery completely run out.
- Do not use your device while it’s connected to the charger.
Care & Storage
Cleaning
- Wipe with a damp cloth or water-based wipe.
- For stubborn spots, gently use 70% alcohol.
- Optionally, spray the inside with Qure Dermal Mist before wiping to help maintain freshness.
- Do not clean while the device is on or charging.
- Avoid abrasive materials, solvents, or cleaners.
Storage
- Allow the device to cool completely before storing.
- Keep in a dry, room-temperature location, away from sunlight or humidity.
- Use the charging base or original box for safe storage.
- Do not expose to extreme temperatures or physical damage.
Troubleshooting & Adjustments
Having trouble? Don’t worry, most issues are quick to solve.
Device is not turning on
- Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to the power outlet.
- Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to the device and charge it fully.
- Try a different power outlet.
- Press and hold the on/off button for at least one second.
Device is turning off too early
The battery level may be too low — charge the product fully and try again.
